Well this week has been a good/bad/fun/boring week. It snowed some more and the roads were all icy so we were parked for part of the week. So our activities were limited but I got quite a lot of good time for studies. We got out transfer calls Saturday night and Elder Flatt and I are staying together here in Stead. The only person who is changing in our apartment is Elder Simmons and he is being replaced by a newer greenie. I was really thinking I was going and I wanted a change of scenery, but now that I know I am staying I am really glad and grateful.

One of those reason is that this coming Saturday is my very first baptism! Her name is Emma and she accepted out invitation to be baptized and she chose this Saturday to do it. It is great to finally see some fruits of my labors. I am really excited for it, and nervous. She hasn't chosen someone to do it yet and she said she would know by tuesday. It would be really cool if she picked me but I'm not getting my hopes up too high.

Other than that not much is going on. The car is going back into the shop again to finally get fixed tomorrow morning so we will be without a car for a few days. Most of the Elders up North are in cars and most of the ones down south are on bikes so it just depends where I spend my time. Some Elders spend their whole missions in one or the other and some change every transfer so who knows.

Now I have to ask a few quick favors. Two of them are recipes. yes I am going to try and cook haha. Well the first is just the recipe for the world famous Irwin Dip and the other is the recipe for those homemade chicken nuggets you used to make in the fryer. Those would both me much appreciated. I really wanted Irwin Dip for New Year's but i kept forgetting to ask for it so better late than never!
