Hey! So I got your package! Thanks you soooo much. I am still eating the cookies and my backpack is in the car with all my P-Day clothes. A lot better than the plastic bag I had to use last week. haha. And the other Elders thank you too. I shared some of the candy. Yeah, Charity, ya know just one of those many qualities a great missionary has :) haha jkjk.

Thanksgiving is this Thursday! So i don't know if you will be able to fully comprehend what this means but I will try and help you understand. Well first of all it is a non-proselyting day. So we don't have to do any missionary work. But the biggest event of the year is on thanksgiving...THE TURKEY BOWL!!! The four zones from the North are having a football tournament. There is a trophy and we have jerseys with our names on them and everything. It is legit. So I will let you know how that goes. Well maybe, if I don't mention it next week we lost. If I do mention, well we won(of which we have a high chance). As far as food, we only have one dinner. I am trying hard not to gain weight. And the main focus of the day is football not food. haha

So this week we had our first real snow! It was like a blizzard! It snowed for a few hours but the first half didn't really even stick cause it was too warm. But eventually it started picking up. We ended up with probably about three inches. But in two days it was all gone except for the mountaintops. It was pretty fun cause there was ice everywhere and it looked really pretty. It usually gets to the 20's at night and the 40's during the day. If the good ol' Nevadan wind isn't blowing it is pretty bearable but once it picks up it is freezing!

Yeah I heard a little about the nor'easter. Something about flooding in Virginia/North Carolina. I didn't get too many details. At least it didn't mess you guys up. I also heard that the Tech Ward was in the Church News? Something about Quidditch? Could you cut that out for me? I guess Michael would know.

So I am already starting to forget stuff from home. For one someone asked my address back home and I couldn't remember the zip code. haha I ended up just looking at the package return address. And the other was who is the smithfield branch president!? I think it is Bro. Arbuckle right? Thats cool that you got to go out there. But no, no letters from any of them yet. I have gotten a few from my loyal fan club. haha but no letters from anybody else.
